1/ CORRUGATED CARTON MACHINE LINE
Corrugated Carton Machine Line includes following main parts: lift-up paper roll part, fluting making part, glue part, papersheets press drying conveyor, slot and dividing board part, cutting board part.
Phu Vinh Phuc Paper Company is equipped with a modern corrugated line 1800mm paper wide size. There are 3 corrugating machines and a 3-stage glue machine to be able to create 7-layer carton boards.
Flute B (2.6-2.9mm), Flute C (3.6-3.9mm), Flute E (1.6-1.9mm)

Lift-up paper roll machine: The roll paper is inserted into the roll elevator and passes through a heating roller to adjust the moisture and tension of the paper.

Single-sided corrugated machine: raw paper is corrugated and glued with another layer of paper to create a 2-layer paperboard.
The conveyor will receive the 2-layer paperboard and pull it through the multi-layer heat dryer to conduct heating again.

Multi-layer glue machine: the 2-layer corrugated sheets along with the inner paper layer, go through a multi-layer glue machine before fusing together through the paperboard pressing conveyor.

Sheet paper press drying conveyor: after being coated with glue, the paper layers are pulled to the pressing and drying conveyor for stick and shaping the carton boards.

Slot and dividing board machine: 3-layer, 5-layer, 7-layer carton sheets will be slotted and divided according to the required sizes.

Cutting board machine: The corrugated carton board production line is an automatic line integrated slotting, dividing, and cutting machines, so the output product is a complete carton board. The computerized sheet cutting machine cuts accurately and the tolerant is <1mm, the cuts are neat and smooth, minimizing the waste.

Counting and stacking sheet machine: Each carton sheet, after being cut into the required size, will go through a sheet counting and stacking machine according to automatically set parameters.

In addition, to operate the corrugated carton line, it also need to have a boiler to provide heat and a glue mixing machine and other auxiliary systems.
2/ CARTON SLITTING MACHINE
PHU VINH PHUC factory have 2pcs of automatic slitting machines and 5 pcs of mechanical slitting machines.

3/ PRINTING MACHINE
Phu Vinh Phuc has 7pcs of printing machine with both 2-color and 3-color type, vertical and horizontal printing, Flexo printing and spray printing, ensuring to meet the printing needs of small or large quantities, fast printing speed, high accuracy, high quality.

In addition, in the Flexo printing process, there is a stage of designing and creating printing molds using Lazer engraving technique.

4/ CARTON SLOT CUTTING MACHINE
PVP is equipped with 3pcs of automatic slot cutting machines and 2 pcs of mechanical machines to help shape, slot and cut as well as remove excess parts to create the complete product size.

5/ DIE-CUT CARTON MACHINE
Used to stamp, cut, and shape borders and curves on the paper surface according to the designed shape to complete the product creation process.

6/ CARTON GLUING MACHINE

7/ THE BOX GLUING MACHINE AND THE BOX STAPLING MACHINE
The box gluing machine and the box stapling machine has the role of connecting the border lines of carton board to form a box shape quickly, firmly and productively.
