3-LAYER CARTON BOX
3-layer carton box is one of the most used types of carton box today. They are used for goods that are relatively small and light in volume and size.
For example: Instant noodle boxes, Mineral water box, Garment boxes...
Depending on the density of each layer of raw paper, it can be produced different hardness of 3-layer carton box and the price is also different to suit the needs of use.

3-layer carton box is made from 3-layer carton paper board that has 3 layers of paper:
- The outer layer is a flat, smooth, shiny paper with nice printing. Colors are white, yellow or brown.
- The middle layer of paper has a wave shape, acting as a cushioning layer to prevent impact and withstand force. These types of flute can be different sizes and are called flute A, B, C, E…
- The bottom layer of paper is a flat layer of paper, it can be normal paper or medium paper.

3-layer carton boxes have the advantages of being small, compact, light, easy to use, cheap, simple production process, and environmentally friendly. However, for large, heavy products that need stronger boxes, you should use 5-layer or 7-layer carton box.
