Die-cut carton box production process:

• Step 1: Roll paper materials are put into a corrugated machine to be made into paper sheets (semi-finished products)
• Step 2: The above semi-finished product is put into the printer (Flexo) to create Flexo printed paper sheets (semi-finished product 2)
• Step 3: Semi-finished product 2 goes through the stamping machine, slot cutting machine, and die-cutting machine to form cube-shaped carton boxes as required.
• Step 4: Check finished products to ensure quality before reaching consumers.
