A1 box - Regular Slotted Carton Box

A1 carton box is the technical name for regular carton box or instant noodle box.

A1 box with 5-layer carton is a type of box made of 3 layers of flat paper and 2 layers of corrugated paper. This type of box is often used to pack goods, furniture, garments, footwear, electronics and machinery, etc. that has large size or weight. Currently, this type of box is quite popular and most commonly used, because it is suitable for packaging many different types of goods.

Structure of the carton box A1:

When spreading an A1 box into a cardboard sheet, it will include the following parts:

  + Body part: 4 pieces - front, back, 2 side parts and 1 edge part where the 2 edges of the body join together to form a cube. 

  + Lid part: each body part has 2 lids - top and bottom created with a groove cutting machine, making slotting from the original large cardboard sheet.
