Die-cut carton box

Die-cut carton boxes are produced using a die-cut mould to create holes of different sizes and positions on the surface of the carton board with a very smooth cut edge. A die-cut mould is a type of mould that is structured to perform the task of cutting and slotting the box. Usually there are two types of die-cut moulds: square die-cut moulds and round die-cut moulds to meet the requirements of each individual cut for the box.

• Square die-cut mold: simple structure to perform holes by manual method.

• Round die-cut mold: is a mold made from a type of wooden board, about 18mm thick, and a cutting blade + corrugated knife blade to create cutting grooves and creases.
